Ted Parker, Chairman & Founder
– The Parker Group
The Parker Group was founded in 1983 as Ted L. Parker & Associates.
Since that time, Mr. Parker has been involved in all aspects
of growth and development including seven acquisitions
completed to-date. Most recently, Mr. Parker has led a
formalized acquisition and growth strategy program in addition
to his day-to-day responsibilities as Chairman. Prior to
founding The Parker Group in 1983, Mr. Parker was co-owner
and founder of an insurance agency, Brown & Parker,
focused on property, casualty, life and health insurance.
During that time, Mr. Parker led that company’s efforts
in life and health insurance and was responsible for management
and production as well as group insurance sales and service.
Prior to founding the insurance agency, Mr. Parker was
an agency supervisor for Transamerica Occidental Life,
having been promoted from career agent. While career agent
for Transamerica, he was a leading producer in employee
benefits.
Mr. Parker attended Texas Christian University and Texas
Tech University studying Business Management and Administration.
He is active in the local Lubbock, Texas city government
and is also a member of many national trade associations
for the PPO and TPA industries. He was also instrumental
in the creation of the Texas Association of Preferred Provider
Organizations, a state-wide trade association for the PPO
industry with a lobbying focus in Austin, Texas.
Bill Dembereckyj, Executive Vice-President – The Parker
Group
Mr. Dembereckyj joined The Parker Group in November 2003
in his current position as part of Mr. Parker’s strategy
to expand senior management’s capabilities in finance,
accounting and acquisition strategy. Most recently, Mr.
Dembereckyj was President of Dallas-based New Life Treatment
Centers, a $100 million sales company engaged in the healthcare,
not-for-profit sectors and entertainment industries. Starting
as the Corporate Controller of New Life eleven years earlier,
Mr. Dembereckyj was significantly involved in the execution
of New Life’s growth strategy during his tenure, including
five acquisitions, three divestitures, four business start-ups
and over $25 million in venture and senior debt financing.
He was also integral in the eventual sale of New Life to
Thomas Nelson Publishers (NYSE:TNM). Prior to New Life,
Mr. Dembereckyj was an auditor for KPMG-Peat Marwick specializing
in the healthcare and insurance industries. Mr. Dembereckyj
received his B.S. in Accounting from Biola University and
an M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the
University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public
Accountant.
Peter Osenar, Chief Executive Officer - Emerald Health
Network, and President, IHG-Midwest
Peter R. Osenar currently serves as Chief Executive Officer
of The Emerald Health Network, Inc., and President, Midwest
Region, of Interplan Health Group. Before this merger,
he was President and Chief Executive Officer of EHN. Prior
to that he was Group Executive Vice President for Ameritrust
at the time of its sale to Key Bank. During his 33 years
in banking, Osenar co-founded one of the first PPOs in
the Midwest, one of which was the Emerald Health Network,
Inc. He also served on the Board of Directors of the CIRRUS
Systems, an association for national and international
electronic ATM and POS network interchange. Osenar was
active on the Steering Committee of EFTA (Electronic Funds
Transfer Association) and championed their support of paperless
processing for the health care industry, and also co-founded
of the Wharton Financial Group, a national cooperative
service for interchange of research and current information
dealing with human capital. He also served on the Advisory
Board of Catalyst, a national organization focused on the
advancement of women to serve as Board members of major
corporations and issues in support of families in the workplace.
After Ameritrust’s merger Osenar founded his own company,
Managed Care Consultants, (MCC, Inc.) serving payers and
providers of health care. He has served on the Health Systems
Agency of North Central Ohio and the Governor’s Task Force
for Healthcare Reform. Mr. Osenar currently serves on several
for-profit boards. He earned a degree in Finance from Cleveland
State University.
Eileen Romansky, Chief Operating Officer
Eileen Romansky has served as Chief Operating Officer
for Interplan Health Group since 2004. Ms. Romansky has
held a number of senior executive roles. While at The Chandler
Group of Companies, a multi-faceted managed care organization,
Ms. Romansky advanced from Vice President of Provider Relations
to Senior Vice President of Operations to Chief Executive
Officer. Prior to Chandler, Ms Romansky served as Regional
Director of Network Contracting for Ohio Health Choice.
She has held a number of board and advisory committee appointments
and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Credentialing
Corporation of America. Ms. Romansky holds a B.S. degree
in Education from Ohio University and holds an Insurance
Agent License in Accident, Health, Life and Variable Annuities.
Lisa Cobb, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Cobb joined AAG in Nov 2002 as Controller/VP of Accounting
and moved into the CFO position for The Parker Group
in May 2006. While with TPG her areas of responsibility
have included accounting and reporting, audits, M&A
due diligence and synergy analysis, as well as post acquisition
integration efforts. With over 22 year of experience
in accounting, tax, and business operations her diverse
background includes both public accounting as well as
Fortune 100 experience. Her career began in the Houston
office of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst &Young).
Prior to joining AAG, she spent eight years with Central & South
West (now American Electric Power) in various positions
which included working on a $2 billion acquisition of
a UK utility, international accounting, and directing
the accounting and finance function of a non-regulated
subsidiary including responsibility over contracts and
mediation Additionally, while at CSW/AEP she led the
Shared Services team separation of duties required by
the Public Utility Commission of Texas as part of the
de-regulation of the Texas utility industry. She was
the Chairman of the AEP Political Action committee and
won several Key Contributor awards.
Ms. Cobb received her B.S. in Accounting from the University
of Houston in Clear Lake and is a Certified Public Accountant
licensed in Texas.
John Bradshaw, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Bradshaw joined AAG in 2001 as Chief Information Officer.
His focus is on looking for opportunities where technology
can be cost-effectively utilized to increase the level
of service to our customers, partners & providers.
John is instrumental in attaining AAG's goals of increasing
our investment in the management and quality of information
we use in the provision of our services. AAG strives
to be the best in our industry in the use of information
technology and a lead supporter in the electronic exchange
of information as envisioned in the Health Insurance
Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA). Mr. Bradshaw
has more than 15 years experience with a broad range
of information technologies. He holds a BA in Computer
Science from Rollins College and an MBA in General Management
from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
